Troubleshooting
Fixture does not illuminate
See ‘System Diagram’ and installaon guides of all components. Ensure the system is wired correctly.
Verify polaries are correct.
Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
Ensure a compable constant voltage driver is installed.
Ensure the driver and xture have the same voltage specicaons (12V & 12V, or 24V & 24V).
Fixture does not dim
Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
Ensure desired zone is selected before changing brightness.
Fixture is ashing or ickering
Verify a compable constant voltage driver is installed.
Ensure a compable constant voltage dimmable xture is installed.
Ensure all connecons are properly secured.
Ensure no more than a single controller is aached to each driver output.
Fixture is slowly ashing
Ensure driver is not overloaded. An overloaded driver will cause the internal auto-reset of the driver
to trip repeatedly.
Correct colors are not illuminang
Verify the correct leads are connected to the correct terminals on the receiver.
Ensure potenal leads at opposing end of xture are not crossed.
Unable to pair remote with receiver
Ensure the remote is fully charged.
Read the installaon instrucons on page 2 thoroughly.
Reset the receiver(s) to factory sengs.
Receivers unintenonally sync together
If receivers are not paired to a remote, they may unintenonally sync together. To de-sync receivers
see ‘Reseng Receivers to Factory Sengs’ on page 2.
Prior to troubleshoong, ensure a compable system is installed. Verify compable xtures, drivers, controls and addional components were specied correctly.
